Лучшие составы групповой стадии также провели шесть раунов, в которых определились десять участников плей-офф. Virtus.pro заняла седьмое место в таблице группового этапа, а затем девятое место на этапе победителей. Aurora Gaming завершила первый этап на второй строчке, а затем заняла седьмое место в таблице виннеров. Оба коллектива прошли в плей-офф чемпионата. Natus Vincere покинули турнир, заняв сначала 29 место в групповом этапе, а затем 13 строчку в нижней сетке. Заключительные матчи турнира пройдут 6 мая. Первый раунд плей-офф начнется в 2:00 мск.
